Refunds, renewals, and failed payments
Snug subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe. This article explains billing receipts, failed payments, cancellations, and refund requests.
Automatic renewal
Monthly and annual Snug subscriptions renew automatically unless you downgrade your plan or close your account before the next renewal.
Stripe sends billing receipts to the email address associated with your subscription.
If you have a billing question or something does not look right, email support@snugsafety.com. A real member of the Snug team will review the issue and help you find the best next step.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe automatically retries it. Snug Support will also email you about the failed payment.
Your paid service remains active while Stripe retries the payment. Snug will notify you before downgrading your account. If the payment is not resolved within 21 days, your account will be moved to the Free Plan.
You can update your payment method through the Snug billing portal. See Update your payment information.
Refunds requested within 14 days
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. If you receive a refund, your paid service ends immediately, but you can continue using Snug on the Free Plan.
Requests after 14 days
Refund requests made after 14 days are reviewed individually and may be granted in special circumstances. If you downgrade without receiving a refund, your paid service remains available through the end of the current paid period.
