How to pause Snug check-ins temporarily
You can pause Snug temporarily any time you don't want to check in – for example, if you're traveling, hosting guests, or receiving extended medical care.
- Tap Menu in the upper left corner
- Tap Pause Snug for vacation
- Select the dates Snug should start and end your pause
- Tap Save
- Return to the home screen to see your next scheduled check-in time
If you want to adjust or cancel an active pause:
- Tap Menu in the upper left corner
- Tap Cancel vacation
- Adjust the dates and tap Save or press the red Cancel button
- Return to the home screen to see your next scheduled check-in time
If you need to pause or cancel your loved one's account on their behalf
