How to download and install Snug

Snug is available for iPhone and Android. Follow the steps below to download and install the app.

For iPhone Users

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
2. Tap on the Search tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Type Snug Safety into the search bar and tap Search.
4. Find the Snug Safety app in the results (look for our sun logo!).
5. Tap Get (or the download icon) and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
6. Wait for the app to download, then tap Open to launch it.

For Android Users

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Tap the Search bar at the top of the screen.
3. Type Snug Safety and tap Search.
4. Look for the Snug Safety app in the search results.
5. Tap Install and wait for the download to complete.
6. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.

Troubleshooting Installation Issues

• Can’t find Snug in the app store? Double-check your spelling and ensure you’re searching for Snug Safety, or click here!
• Download stuck? Try restarting your device or checking your internet connection.
• App won’t install? Make sure you have enough storage space and that your device’s software is up to date.
