Download and install Snug

Snug is available for supported iPhone and Android phones.

• iPhone: iOS 15.6 or later
• Android: Android 7.1 or later

Tablets are not supported. For more compatibility information, see Supported devices and internet requirements.

Install Snug on an iPhone

1. Open Snug Safety in the App Store
2. Select Get or the download icon
3. Confirm the download if prompted
4. When installation is complete, select Open

Install Snug on an Android phone

1. Open Snug Safety in the Google Play Store
2. Select Install
3. When installation is complete, select Open

You can also visit snugsafe.com/dl from your phone to open the correct app-store page.

Set up or return to your account

When Snug opens:

• If you have never used Snug before, select I'm a new user, then see Set up your Snug account
• If you already have a Snug account because you are moving from another phone, have used Snug in the past, or someone created an account for you, select I've used Snug before

If you cannot install the app

• Confirm that your phone meets the minimum operating-system requirement
• Check that your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data
• Make sure the phone has enough available storage
• Restart the phone, then try the download again
• Search for Snug Safety if the direct store link does not open
