Why Snug messages continue after you uninstall the app

Uninstalling the Snug app does not close or pause your Snug account. Snug cannot detect when the app is removed from your phone, so your account and check-in schedule remain active.

Until you close or pause the account:

• Snug continues sending check-in reminders
• A check-in can still be treated as missed
• Snug may notify your emergency contacts or begin the Dispatch response for your plan

Choose what you want to do

• If you want to continue using Snug, download and install the app again, select I've used Snug before, and verify your phone number
• If you need a temporary break, pause check-ins temporarily
• If you no longer want to use Snug, follow Downgrade or close your Snug account

If you cannot access the app, email support@snugsafety.com with your name and the phone number associated with your account.
