Find the Snug app on your iPhone
If the Snug icon is missing from your iPhone Home Screen, the app may still be installed in the App Library.
Search for Snug
- From the Home Screen, swipe down from the middle of the screen
- Type Snug in the search field
- Select Snug to open the app
Add Snug back to your Home Screen
- Swipe left through your Home Screen pages until you reach App Library
- Search for Snug
- Press and hold the Snug icon
- Select Add to Home Screen
If Add to Home Screen does not appear, continue holding the icon and drag it left onto a Home Screen page.
If Snug is no longer installed
Search for Snug Safety in the App Store or follow Download and install Snug.
After reinstalling, open Snug, select I've used Snug before, and verify the mobile phone number associated with your account.
