Update your Dispatch home address
Dispatch Plan customers should keep their home address current. Snug Dispatch uses your saved home address as a fallback when your current device location is unavailable.
Add or update your home address
- Open the Snug app
- Open Menu in the upper-left corner
- Select Change address
- Enter your complete home address
- Select Save
The change takes effect immediately.
If you use the Free Plan
The Change address menu item is visible, but selecting it opens the Dispatch Plan upgrade path. A saved Dispatch home address is available only with the Dispatch Plan.
How Snug uses your address
During a missed-check-in response, Dispatch uses your current device location when it is available. If Snug cannot gather a current location, Dispatch uses your saved home address as the fallback location when coordinating a wellness check.
Update the address as soon as you move or whenever your apartment or unit information changes.
