Add information to your Dispatch profile

Your Dispatch profile can contain information that may help Snug Dispatch and local emergency services respond after a missed check-in. Keep it focused on what a local 911 operator or first responder would need to help you.

Information you may want to add

Useful information may include:

  • Instructions for accessing your home, such as a gate code, lockbox code, or key location
  • Important medical conditions or mobility needs
  • Other concise instructions that could help local emergency services reach or assist you

To add a landline or alternate phone number, add it as an emergency contact instead of including it in your Dispatch profile. See Add, remove, or reorder emergency contacts.

Add, change, or remove profile information

Email support@snugsafety.com and include:

  • Your name
  • The phone number associated with your Snug account
  • The information you want to add, change, or remove

Snug Support will confirm when the profile update is complete.

Share sensitive information by phone

Only email information you are comfortable sending through ordinary email. Avoid including highly personal or sensitive details.

If you want to provide sensitive information, email support@snugsafety.com and ask to schedule a call. A team member can collect the information by voice instead.

Who can view this information

Dispatch profile information is stored securely. During a missed-check-in response, relevant information may be shared with the local 911 operator or first responders to help them reach or assist you.
