What's included in the Snug Dispatch Plan?
- Up to 3 daily check-ins
- If you miss your check-in:
- A Snug Dispatcher will call you directly to check if you're ok.
- If you don't answer, they will call each of your emergency contacts in order until someone either confirms you're ok, or agrees to check on you.
- If the dispatcher is unable to get confirmation that someone will look in on you, they will contact your local 911 dispatcher to request that first responders perform a wellness check to your last known location.
What is a wellness check?
A wellness check, also known as a welfare check, is when local law enforcement, fire or EMS stop by a person’s home to make sure they are okay. Our dispatchers will only request a wellness check if they cannot get in touch with you or your emergency contacts, after two attempts.

How to sign up for the Snug Dispatch Plan
- Open your Snug app
- Tap the blue Tap to add Dispatch Support! button at the bottom of the screen
- Follow the instructions to pay via credit card or Apple Pay

- (844) 243-9110 – You will receive text message reminders from this number. You can also call this number to check in if your smartphone is lost, broken, or dead!
- (801) 781-6101 – You and your emergency contacts will receive phone calls from this number if you miss your check-in.
