Free Plan
The Free Plan includes one daily check-in time. Snug sends push notifications and SMS reminders before and shortly after your check-in deadline.
If you miss your check-in, Snug sends an SMS message to your emergency contacts. Your contacts are responsible for following up with you.
Add multiple daily check-ins to the Free Plan
For $17.99/year, you can schedule up to three daily check-in times while keeping the Free Plan response. If you miss a check-in, Snug texts your emergency contacts.
This add-on does not include calls from a professional dispatcher or wellness-check requests.

Dispatch Plan
The Dispatch Plan costs $19.99/month or $149.99/year and includes up to three daily check-in times.
If you miss a check-in, a professional dispatcher will attempt to contact you by phone. If you cannot be reached, the dispatcher will call your emergency contacts in the order they are listed in the app. The dispatcher makes two rounds of calls before requesting a wellness check. If no one can confirm that you are safe or agree to check on you, the dispatcher will request a wellness check from local emergency services.
Local agencies decide whether and how quickly to respond to a wellness-check request.

Billing and renewal
Snug subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe and renew automatically. Stripe sends billing receipts to the email address associated with your subscription.
Snug does not add taxes or other fees to the prices shown above.

If Snug has been helpful to you but you don’t need the Dispatch Plan, you can make an optional one-time or monthly contribution to support the small team behind Snug.
Supporting Snug does not change your plan, add features, or include Snug Dispatch service. The Free Plan remains free whether or not you contribute.
