[iOS Only] How to turn on "Emergency Bypass" to make sure you hear Snug text messages and Dispatcher phone calls

To ensure you never miss a text message reminder from Snug, customize the SMS alert sound and deliverability. Remember – you'll only receive a text message reminder if you haven't checked in by your check-in time.

1. Open your iOS contacts app
2. Tap the + in the upper right hand corner
3. Add Snug as the name and (844) 243-9110 as the phone number
4. Tap the row that says "Text Tone"
5. Turn on the "Emergency Bypass" toggle at the top
6. Choose the alert tone you want to use from the list below
7. Tap "Done" to save the text tone
8. Tap "Done" to save the contact

This will ensure that all text messages and phone calls from the Snug number ring with a custom tone, whether or not your phone is set to silent.

If you want the custom tone but you don't want it to ring when your phone is on silent, skip step 5 and leave Emergency Bypass off!
