How to set up multiple daily check-ins

Multiple check-ins are included with the Dispatch Plan ($19.99/month or $199.99/year) or can be added to the free plan without Dispatch support for $17.99/year.

Add multiple check-ins to your free Snug plan

If you don't want the full Dispatch Plan, you can add multiple checkin times to your free Snug plan with an annual payment of $17.99. This helps the Snug team keep the lights on and continue investing in making Snug better for users like you!

Click here to complete your payment and add multiple check ins to your Snug account. Please enter the same cell phone number as you used to sign up for Snug.

How do multiple check-ins work?

Snug users can schedule up to three daily check in times.

They’ll work exactly the same way as your current daily check in – Snug will remind you when it’s time to check in, and you just open up the app and push the green button. If you miss your check in, your emergency contacts will be notified via text message (Free Plan) or phone call (Dispatch Plan).

In order to make sure you have enough time between check ins, they need to be at least three hours apart – we suggest morning, noon, and evening.

How to add multiple check-ins in the Snug app

  1. Make sure you either have the Dispatch Plan or have added multiple check-ins to your free account
  2. Open the Snug app
  3. Tap Menu in the upper left corner
  4. Tap Manage check-in times
  5. Tap Need more? You can add another check-in time
  6. Select your new time and press Save

If you want to have 3 check-in times, add one more with the same process.

Once you have added these times, you are set! You will need to check in by those times. Snug will still remind you and you will have the usual 10 minute grace period before Snug takes action to notify your contacts. After you have set your extra check-ins, it would be a good idea to let your contacts know. That way they know in the event you miss a check-in as you develop the habit.
